	Graeme Brady CFRE Managing Director Graeme is our most experienced fundraising executive. He has lived and worked in Australia, New Zealand and Great Britain and is a former New Zealand, Australasian and European Managing Director of Compton Fundraising. As such, he has been responsible for Capital Fundraising Campaigns that, together, have raised in excess of $450 million. He has a proven track record raising multi-million dollar funds for cathedrals, universities, political parties, schools, hospitals, welfare centres, an aquatic park and a zoo. He is a regular speaker and presenter.

	Joy Simpson Executive Director Joy started working with Compton in 1990 and joined the Management Team in 2005. She brought with her extensive experience in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Promotions, Event Production and Management. Joy's long history of community service and her involvement in ‘not for profit’ and philanthropic organizations has played a significant role in her personal and professional development as well as providing her with the opportunities to develop relationships nationally and internationally.

	Tom Brady Executive Director Tom joined Compton from a background in change management in a variety of organisations. He started as a Campaign Manager in New Zealand and the United Kingdom and went on to consult to a range of not-for-profit organisations. Tom's service ethic stems from an early career as an Army officer, including working with the United Nations, where he discovered his passion for helping people to achieve more than they thought possible.

	Judith Marks Regional Engagements Manager Judith joined us after extensive experience in fundraising recruitment in Australia and the United Kingdom. She specialised in placing a wide range of fundraising professionals in the cultural and higher education sectors. Judith is responsible for all client liaison activities and for ensuring that our clients receive a seamless and integrated experience when they partner with Compton.
