Joy is a senior member of the Australasian Management team working with a range of clients. Before joining Compton, Joy had extensive experience in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Promotions, Event Production and Management.

She has a long history of community service and her involvement in ‘not for profit’ and philanthropic organisations has played a significant role in her personal and professional development. Joy serves on a number of community boards and has been a regular presenter at fundraising seminars and workshops.

Tom Brady BSc MFINZ
Director

Tom joined Compton from a background in change management in a variety of organisations. He started as a Campaign Manager in New Zealand and the United Kingdom and went on to consult to a range of not-for-profit organisations.

Tom's service ethic stems from an early career as an Army officer, including working with the United Nations, where he discovered his passion for helping people to achieve more than they thought possible.

Judith Marks BA (Hons) MFIA
Regional Engagements Manager

Judith joined us after extensive experience in recruitment in Australia and the United Kingdom.  In London she was a senior team member within a niche recruitment consultancy where she specialised in placing a wide range of fundraising professionals in the cultural and higher education sectors.

When she returned to Australia, Judith joined the Compton team and is responsible for all client liaison activities and for ensuring that our clients receive a seamless and integrated experience when they partner with Compton.
