In the past 11 years, Sarah has led major campaigns in the UK, the US, and Canada - in a multitude of not-for-profit sectors. She continues to raise the professional bar for clients through providing frank, practical advice.

Her profound leadership skills have established Sarah as a sought-after speaker and advisor to professionals across North America. She currently serves as an Executive Officer of The Giving Institute and as a faculty member of The AFP's Consultants Academy.


Gina Cuthbert, CFRE
Vice-President

Gina joined our firm as a Campaign Manager, then became a Campaign Director before being appointed Vice-President. During her tenure with the company, she has managed many campaigns in the UK and Canada. She has truly refined campaign management to an art-consistently instilling confidence with volunteers, clients and prospective donors.

Gina has a superb ability to inspire persistence in achieving goals, persistence that has helped many clients secure seven-figure gifts.


Rosemary E. Nault, CFRE
Vice-President

As the newest member of our executive team, Rosemary was formerly the Director of Development at the Vancouver Art Gallery and has held leadership positions with The Royal Ontario Museum Foundation (Toronto) and The Hospital for Sick Children Foundation (Toronto).

Her expertise in annual giving is matched by her enthusiasm for working with donors and volunteers. Courageous and creative, Rosemary has a successful track record of increasing contributed income and inspiring philanthropy.


D.R. (Don) Leier
Group Chairman

Don has successfully transitioned from President of our North American division to Board Chairman of the Compton group of companies, where he will oversee the strategic direction of Compton's group of companies (located in Auckland, New Zealand; Melbourne, Australia; London, UK; Vancouver, Canada; and San Francisco, USA).

Professionally, Don has worked with dozens of local, national, and international campaigns. He was also instrumental in restructuring Compton as an employee-owned business.
