After five years of learning the skills necessary to manage campaigns with multi-million pound targets, in 1993 Andrew joined our executive team in Australasia. In 1994 he was appointed Group Chief Executive and maintains an active involvement in major capital campaigns whilst recruiting the brightest and the best fundraising professionals to our team.

Since joining in 1995, Caroline has built on her in-house experience at national charities with a wide range of consulting and campaign management assignments in England, Ireland and South Africa. Her track record is impressive, not just because of the amounts raised, but also the diversity of the assignments that she has undertaken.

Chris Goldie, CFRE
Managing Consultant

Chris has extensive experience in not-for-profit management and fundraising. Prior to joining Compton, he was responsible for the direction of a network of regional charities throughout Britain and was instrumental in implementing significant change across the organisation. Extensive professional experience in capital fundraising for Theatres, Cathedrals and educational institutions has been been built on his personal understanding of how best to engage volunteers in a successful fundraising programme.

Donna Beer

Donna opened our Information Systems services section in 1999. She provides the training and support required to ensure our clients, consultants and campaign managers operate their information systems with the minimum of fuss. The on-going guidance of her team guarantees that our systems get the job done.
