Our client is a leading UK and international animal welfare charity. The organisation is currently seeking a Director of Fundraising to work from its London and Norfolk offices.

An experienced professional fundraiser is being sought to lead a department of 15 staff, which currently raises over £6 million a year through operational, capital and endowment fundraising initiatives.

Our client has ambitious plans and is seeking a Director who will develop the efforts of the fundraising team to achieve short and long-term fundraising targets.

The successful candidate will preferably:
• Be educated to degree level
• Have at least seven years fundraising experience
• Have at least three years experience in a management role
• Have a proven track record in major gift or capital fundraising.
