Graeme Brady
Managing Director

Graeme is one of our most experienced fundraising executives. He has lived and worked in Australia, New Zealand and Great Britain and is a former New Zealand, Australasian and European Managing Director of Compton Fundraising Consultants. As such, he has been responsible for Capital Fundraising Campaigns that, together, have raised in excess of 400 million dollars.

Graeme joined Compton Fundraising Consultants in 1985 after an earlier career in the church where he specialized in Christian Education and Stewardship. He retains this interest and, in recent years, has run a series of workshops on church fundraising based on his book Raising Money for the Church .

He has been a Visiting Lecturer at the School of Marketing (Post Graduate Fundraising Course) at the Queensland University of Technology and, in 2004 he led the Fundraising Master Class on Capital Fundraising at the Fundraising Institute Conference in Christchurch, New Zealand.

Joy Simpson
Director

Joy has had a long history of community service and her involvement in ‘not for profit’ and philanthropic organizations has played a significant role in her personal and professional development as well as providing her with the opportunities to develop relationships nationally and internationally.

She has extensive experience in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Promotions, Event Production and Management. This experience included successfully owning and operating her own business.

Her first capital fundraising experience was in 1990 when she worked on a successful Compton campaign for the Christchurch City Mission. She repeated that success five years later and convinced us that her talents belong on a wider stage.

Joy is committed to the social service and health areas within the community and was a government appointee on her local Health Board. She serves on a number of other community boards and has been a regular presenter at fundraising seminars and workshops.
