John has been working with databases and administration systems for 20 years and has established and managed a number of successful Direct Marketing programmes – including North London Hospice, the Pennies Foundation and Royal Trinity Hospice. John has an extensive knowledge of Gift Aid and has developed gift audit processes that have enabled substantial submissions for a broad section of clients to HMRC.

Working across a range of client charities has given John an understanding of how best to use data and to plan and execute successful campaigns across annual giving, lottery and legacy development programmes. John is a member of Compton’s compliance team.
