Catherine Jackson blends strategic insight with operational excellence to drive performance for her clients. A former journalist, she joined Compton in 2007 and has since directed major capital campaigns and held senior fundraising roles at leading UK institutions, including Wycombe Abbey School, the Royal Albert Hall, and Action on Addiction.

As COO, Catherine drives Compton’s internal operations, HR, training, and communications.

She holds an MBA (Distinction) from Warwick Business School and co-hosts the academic podcast Talking about Organisations, reflecting her commitment to thought leadership in organisational development.
