Grattan Thompson brings a wealth of experience in high-profile event management and donor engagement.

As Head of Philanthropy at Royal Trinity Hospice, he leads the delivery of the celebrated Trinity Gala — one of the sector’s most anticipated fundraising events. He also serves as Campaign Director for Trinity’s Every Person Matters capital campaign.

Prior to joining Compton, Grattan spent two decades at Sotheby’s, where he specialised in corporate development and high-net-worth client relations, orchestrating bespoke events and exhibitions with precision and flair.
