Judy has over 25 years of fundraising experience with major charities including Macmillan Cancer Support, where she led their capital development project team.

Over the last 15 years Judy’s Compton assignments have included interim director roles at Arthritis Care, Thames Hospice, Windsor, Mountbatten Hospices (Isle of Wight and Southampton) and the University of Staffordshire. Judy has also led clients to capital fundraising success.

With Hampshire & Isle of Wight Air Ambulance a £1.6 million goal was achieved across major gifts, trusts, grassroots donations and gifts in wills. At Somerset NHS Charities Judy directed a Compton team that re-launched the Love Musgrove Hospital Charity in Somerset, secured the royal patronage of the Countess of Wessex and raised over £1 million for a new MRI Scanner.

Judy is currently working on a Compton interim management assignment with Willen Hospice in Milton Keynes.
